Jewelry Box will be eligible to be won when **$2,000.00 or more in expenditures/contributions have been received regarding the "CONTEST RULES" below. Contestants may make a singular purchase/contribution or multiple purchases/contributions and will receive one entry per $2 spent per item-cost purchase.

Drawing will be videoed and available via YouTube, with link announced on BLACQUITY.net (FOUNDER's PAGE). Email notifications will also be sent to contestants. Winner will be announced via Entry #.

CONTEST RULES

BLACQUITY Members
(Mention "BQTY-C1" when taking any Options below.)

Option 1: Contribute $2 or more to your ad sponsorship and receive 1 entry per $2 contributed--or send a general contribution of $2 and receive 1 entry per $2 contributed.

Option 2: Order any item(s) from 3DDevotions.com and receive one entry per $2 spent on cost of item. (Example: The Cedar Cabin Storage Dish at $11 would give 5 entries.) Shipping & transaction fees (if applicable) not included.

Option 3: Order a copy or copies of the Perfect Bound version of "Semisocialism, An Alternative Government and Economic System" (Semisocialist.com). Buy one copy for $3, two to nine for $2.60 each, and ten or more for $2.25 each and receive one entry per $2 spent. Shipping & transaction fees (if applicable) not included.

Option 4: Join GENIUS IS COMMON--get a $16.50 discount + 3 entries.

BLACQUITY Non-Members
(Mention "BQTY-C1" when taking any Options below.)

Option 1: If desired, become a member by joining if you are an upstanding Black individual and are accepted. You may then take any option above.

Option 2: Remain a non-member and take any options described above except the ad-sponsorship contribution. You must provide me with your legal name, a postal address, email, and phone.

Option 3: Join GENIUS IS COMMON. (Same as above.)

BLACQUITY Members & Non-Members:

All BLACQUITY-member buyers/contributors, and all Non-Members who identify BQTY-C1 when contributing funds toward any of the above options, will be entered.

Payments/Contributions can be made via PayPal (button below) and sent as a gift or via fees (if invoiced). Checks or Postal Money orders are also accepted. Send cash ONLY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I AM HONEST...but mail can get lost. And you must agree that I WILL NOT be held responsible for cash not received. (I recommend sending cash only in a way that can be tracked.) All contestants will be contacted/updated via their membership emails, or their non-membership emails received, regarding said options. All contestants must agree to wait until the monetary goal has been met--no matter the duration--before the drawing is held.

If, while the contest is still active, you feel mortality is a factor for yourself, you may give another person all info needed to claim the prize if won, including your email and its login info as well as the original shipping address (for verification if change is requested). (Upon report of death, a copy of the death certificate may be requested.) BLACQUITY reserves the right to refuse suspicious circumstances.

When/If the drawing is held for the winner, said winner will be notified via email, phone, (and 1st-Class Delivery-Confirmation mail 3 days afterward, if no email reply or phone response are received) and will have 30 days from the date of the original drawing to acknowledge. After that, a PRIZE UNCLAIMED notice will be posted on the site WITH NO ANNOUNCEMENT GIVEN, and the first contestant to respond and request the prize via his/her official email will receive the prize

The winner must agree that his/her name, city, and state be revealed to better prove contest legitimacy to all concerned. He/She may also be asked---but will not be required--to take a picture of himself/herself with the prize and that 3DDevotions.com be allowed to post it as further proof. (Contestants wanting to contact the winner must ask 3DDevotions to relay an initial message: using "3DD-C1 Winner--Please Relay.")

***Prize will ship only to addresses in United States. (***If you are of a foreign land, you can have it shipped to a U.S. representative.) It is the responsibility of the contestants to ensure all shipping info is correct. Prize will ship Delivery Confirmation, Insured, Signature-Required.
