*HOW IT WORKS

(*The following applies only to BLACQUITY.net gear--and not to gear from B.A.D. or RepWeb.)

All BLACQUITY stock gear will be available for purchase on Print On Demand
(POD) sites. Also, any designers wishing to create and donate designs
to BLACQUITY will have said designs posted on said POD sites.

USING BLACQUITY'S PRINT-ON-DEMAND SYSTEM:

All BLACQUITY members, whether individuals or organizations, may have *80% of the profits from all POD sales credited to them by having the buyer report the following to BLACQUITY: his/her name, the Order #, and the POD company or companies from which he/she bought the product(s). (*Since BLACQUITY isn't nonprofit at this time, it will retain the other 20% to ensure coverage of taxes from profits made from gear sales.)

Members can specify in which increments they wish to be paid--for example, when their commissions accumulate to $10, $20, $50, $100, etc.

Electronic transfers (PayPal, etc.) will be conducted immediately when payment is available, with transaction fees being deducted. However, those requesting mailed payments would have to allow the deduction of a postal money-order cost plus 1 oz. USPS.com package shipping. Thus, maybe $50 or so should be their selection for payment increment.

Personal Usage:

If you're a member, request any *design(s) from BLACQUITY.net to be sent to you via PNG email attachment. Use them in any **acceptable (**see below) manners you wish that don’t involve commerce. There is no obligation to pay BLACQUITY.net; however, any voluntary contributions (Gear CONTRIBUTION$) would be appreciated. (*You may request to be sent different color schemes of the images and/or logo to match the colors of your particular items.)

Black-Business Support (Auctions)

Black businesses/organizations desiring to sell their goods at bulk-discount/wholesale prices to BLACQUITY (so that they may be auctioned off to BLACQUITY members at starting bids of only $1) have the option of having their commissions from BLACQUITY gear sales (80% of profits) stored in a fund for them, whereby, if/when enough commissions accumulate, the goods will be purchased from them.

BLACQUITY members in support of the auction process may support it via Gear CONTRIBUTION$ and/or by purchasing BLACQUITY gear and allowing BLACQUITY to retain all the profits--1/3 of which will be dedicated toward purchasing additional products from Black businesses for the auctions. If you wish to simply donate to the auction process, indicate "Auction Donation" when making your payment and 80% will be stored toward purchasing goods for the upcoming auction.

Commercial/Profitable/Fund-Raising Usage:

If you want to sell original items featuring the BLACQUITY logo, you must gain clearance from BLACQUITY.org and have all items you intend to market posted on the BLACQUITY.net site (on your Personal Page)—serving as verification for your customers. Violators of this requirement will be penalized if successfully exposed.

If using stock BLACQUITY designs, request that your preferred designs be sent in PNG email attachment and then use your preferred program to insert them onto product items. All images/designs must be clear and sharp to exemplify quality goods representing a quality brand. Next, send attached pics of all finished items you plan to market to BLACQUITY.net for approval and for posting on the BLACQUITY.net site. You may then market those items.

If designing your custom items, request any images (in any custom colors, if applicable) you need to incorporate into your designs. After the aforementioned approval process, you may market your goods in any acceptable manner.

SELLING METHODS could be via your own preferred methods and/or via *Print-On-Demand services (*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for convenient marketing).

You may keep all money made or voluntarily contribute funds to BLACQUITY.net (Gear CONTRIBUTION$) any time you feel you’ve earned enough profits to warrant sending contributions, in any amount you feel adequate, in dollar increments ($1...$2…$3...$5...$7...$10, etc.). There will be no suits or solicitations/harassment for contributions. Those contributing the most will receive heightened publicity on the site.

As stated in BLACQUITY EXPRESS, BLACQUITY.net (Keith Anderson) will split, 1/3 portion each, the contributions in this manner: BLACQUITY.NET PROMOTIONAL DEVELOPMENT, BLACK-BUSINESS SUPPORT: AUCTIONS, and BLACQUITY.NET OPERATOR. All profits made from BLACQUITY's POD sales that are not requested to be treated as commissions by BLACQUITY members will also be split in this manner.

Voluntary Payments to BLACQUITY.net (Gear CONTRIBUTION$)

Because BLACQUITY.net is presently an informal organization, payments will be receivable by me (Keith Anderson), payable via PayPal, check, postal money order, or *cash (*preferably concealed in the envelope)—paper payments sent to: PO Box 4051 * Bluefield, WV 24701; PayPal info given when needed. Any applicable taxes regarding BLACQUITY.net will therefore be handled in my name.

If BLACQUITY.net adequately develops, it will be transformed into a formal organization (probably "BLACQUITY.org"--however, "BLACQUITY.net" would forever remain viable), receiving payments in its name and offering more opportunities and capabilities as well as heightened publicity for its members.

Recruiting BLACQUITY.net Members

Members may recruit other Black members and receive publicity links on their recruits’ Personal Page and anywhere else their recruits’ info is displayed, with said links leading to the recruiters’ Personal Page.

All recruit candidates, and as much relevant info concerning them, must be submitted to BLACQUITY.net (BlackIndustry@yahoo.com) for approval.
