Any global Black individual in *good standing who can prove their ethnicity may join BLACQUITY.net. (*It's best to have a Web presence for quick approval-decision.)

You become a member mainly by joining via invitation from BLACQUITY.net or via membership recruitment (being recruited by an existing member). You may also join proactively--but must have adequate credentials and/or references (#9 below).

To become eligible to receive an invitation from BLACQUITY.net, you must **prove your Black ethnicity (**if not invited by BLACQUITY or recruited by a BLACQUITY member) and send the info below to Blackindustry@yahoo.com (subject--"BLACQUITY Membership Request")...or use the GOOGLE FORM below...or click HERE if the form below isn't available.

4) Postal Address (for BLACQUITY.net reference only).

5) Phone (for BLACQUITY.net reference only).

6) Email for official BLACQUITY.net membership/updates.

7) Contact Info you want members to have.

8) Facial Pic or Avatar/Logo/Symbol in email attachment representing your person you want people to see.
9) Your Recruiter's Member #. (If you don't have a Recruiter, and also don't have an adequate Web presence and/or other verifiable credentials, Character References are required--the more prestigious the sources, the better.) (**Skip 9 if you were recruited by BLACQUITY directly.)

10) Your Birth Date (BLACQUITY reference only--to ensure legal age for any applicable endeavors).

11) Copy and paste the AGREEMENT (at bottom) into your email submission.

You may also include up to 10 projects you’re involved with regarding Black Advancement. Include a title for each project and limit each description to 100 words or less.

(If you wish, also include your T-Shirt size. Sometimes I give gifts to my supporters who give me extra help.)

**To verify your ethnicity for proactive membership requests, the following are good:

A Website featuring your photo—business, organizational, media, social media, etc.

Scanned Driver’s License (with sensitive data blotted out).

Scanned Official ID Card bearing your photo (with sensitive data blotted out).

If accepted, you’ll become a regular member, receive a Member #, and receive your Personal Page. You may have your Page updated by using your membership email to send updates to Blackindustry@yahoo.com, using subject “BLACQUITY Update Request: Member #?” (Insert your Member # at “?”)

You’ll then have the option of joining the BLACQUITY EXPRESS and helping BLACQUITY.net become well-known by marketing its brand while generating profits for yourself and, if desired, by contributing funds to the organization.

AGREEMENT
(Updated April 22, 2024)

As a member of BLACQUITY.net:

I acknowledge that BLACQUITY.net is now an informal all-Black organization, free to join.

I fully understand that the BLACQUITY.net Mission is that of helping the Global Black Populace achieve Black Socioeconomic Autonomy, including Industrial Development, leading to the Global Black Community's ability to construct a support structure for itself, and the world to voluntarily follow, based on the evolutionary principles of ecological compatibility, equitable wealth/resource distribution, and progressive management of the needs and wants of the populace.

I understand that the BLACQUITY.net logo is to be applied only to images promoting its Mission of Black Industrial Development, Black Advancement, and/or general Black Self-Awareness; that it is not to be associated with any splinter causes that may dilute and/or distort its intended focus; and I therefore pledge to never apply the BLACQUITY.net logo to any items/situations irrelevant to the BLACQUITY.net Mission, inappropriate to decent/respectable society, and/or unauthorized by BLACQUITY.net. I further understand that BLACQUITY.net reserves the right to use all designs featuring the BLACQUITY.net logo—whether stock or original-custom—in promotional efforts relative to its stated Mission.
 

I will always act with dignity and respect, and treat all others with the same said consideration, when bearing/representing the BLACQUITY.net logo and organization.

I pledge never to spread disinformation and/or falsehoods and/or act in any unauthorized manners regarding the BLACQUITY.net Mission and/or any current actions/endeavors it pursues.

I understand that BLACQUITY.net is not responsible for the effects on me regarding any actions of anyone other than myself who displays/represents the BLACQUITY.net logo while violating its terms. I further understand that BLACQUITY.net is also not responsible for any retaliations and/or difficult reactions/situations I may experience in relation to its legitimate pursuit of its Mission and/or its expansion and development.

I understand that I may request BLACQUITY.net logos and images at no cost and use them for my own personal use for no cost according to BLACQUITY.net guidelines and that all images/logos must be of high quality visually when used.

I understand that my use of the stock designs posted on the BLACQUITY.net site requires the inclusion of the BLACQUITY.net logo and that use without it would result in negative relations with BLACQUITY.net and/or bad publicity for myself.

I understand that I may request BLACQUITY.net logos and images at no cost and then may market items bearing them, with no requirement to compensate BLACQUITY.net regarding sales made, but that I also have the option of contributing a portion of resulting profits to BLACQUITY.net and thereby receiving heightened publicity and privileges on the BLACQUITY.net site and regarding BLACQUITY membership in general. Regarding this, I also understand that I may establish my own means of marketing and/or that I may use BLACQUITY.net’s Print On Demand (POD) system, whereby BLACQUITY.net would relay 80% of the profits from POD sales to me for sales I generate from stock and/or original/custom images.
 

I understand that I may custom-design, and create original, images incorporating the BLACQUITY.net logo and that all such images will be under my exclusive control to use in accordance with this AGREEMENT and also that I alone will be held legally responsible should legal disputes arise regarding any such custom/original -designed images. Furthermore, I understand that I may request deletion of any of my custom/original designs from the BLACQUITY.net site should I select to terminate them and that BLACQUITY.net will issue a “Request for Termination of Use” of the designs on my behalf but that BLACQUITY.net will not be held responsible for further actions taken by entities priorly in possession of the image files.

I understand that I am authorized to share BLACQUITY.net stock/original/custom image files and/or my own BLACQUITY.net custom image files only with legitimate entities requiring them for production of my products and who agree not to share them with unauthorized entities.
 

To the best of my ability, and with reference to seller verification posted on the BLACQUITY.net site, I promise never to knowingly purchase merchandise featuring the BLACQUITY.net logo from unauthorized sellers/merchants and also never to knowingly purchase unauthorized merchandise from any seller/merchant featuring said logo. Regarding this, I further understand that all images, whether stock or original/exclusive, featuring the BLACQUITY.net logo are required to be accessible via the BLACQUITY.net site to verify seller authorization.

Regarding auctions conducted by BLACQUITY ("Black-Business Support"--whereby BLACQUITY acquires products from Black suppliers and offers them at auction at a starting bid of $1), I understand that all sales will be final.

I may terminate my membership at any time at no cost to myself, but that I must settle any remaining issues still unresolved.

BLACQUITY may terminate my membership, or impose disciplinary/legal action against me, if said leadership feels my membership is a detriment to its reputation and/or operations; however, any remaining issues must still be resolved.

BLACQUITY reserves the right to revise this AGREEMENT--as well as any AGREEMENT associated with any BLACQUITY position/opportunity with which I'm involved--at any time it deems necessary but that I have a right to re-asses my membership/participation regarding such to determine if membership/participation is still desirable at that point. I further understand that I may terminate my membership and/or any position at any time at no cost for termination--but that any remaining matters of responsibility I'm involved with still must be settled.
