(The following applies to those members wishing to contribute as Advertising Sponsors as well as BLACQUITY Gear Sellers.)

As a Sponsor and/or Contributor, I understand that, regarding any contributions I may make:

1) I am free to voluntarily contribute (in dollar increments) any amount I wish at any time.

2) At this time, BLACQUITY.net is an informal entity; thus, contributions are not tax-deductible.

3) All contributions will be used, in equal 1/3 portions: 1/3 to promote the BLACQUITY.net project, 1/3 to support Black-Advancement Projects proposed by BLACQUITY members, and 1/3 to fund the projects, and support the livelihood, of the official operator and/or operators of BLACQUITY.net.

4) My own generosity, as well as my commitment to the BLACQUITY cause, are to serve as my only motivations for rendering contributions; therefore, I am not to expect--nor request--any favor or favoritism whatsoever in return for whatever contributions I have made in the past or will make in the future.

5) I am not to request the contribution amounts any members have made--because such amounts are confidential to said members; nor am I to request to be notified of any specific amount capable of promoting me in rank above any other members.

6) BLACQUITY contributions are not meant to be a competitive gauge for my support of Black Advancement; rather, their purpose is to serve as a convenient outlet for my support of Black Advancement. Therefore, I will give what I want to give at any time and will not expect, nor become disappointment with, the the position I land in the rankings relative to any such contributions I make.
