I, Keith Anderson, operate this Club for all residents of the Tri-City area (Bluefield, WV/VA and Princeton, WV). I will either deliver orders to customer members or will meet them at a place convenient for them and me

Regarding orders from CCC merchants:

All orders must be placed via the CCC, whereby all rules of the standard CCC CUSTOMER AGREEMENT will be observed--except that club members will not be charged a late-pickup fee and will be given until 6:00 PM on the 14th consecutive day, beginning on the day after arrival of the orders at the CCC's pickup facility, to receive their orders or their orders will be classified as "Refused. Changed Mind." and returned to the merchant for a full refund for the customer.

Regarding orders from non-CCC merchants:

The club founder will enforce return/refund policies as dictated by the merchants involved to ensure compliance from the participating members, whereby they may accept or reject participation in the placing of those applicable orders.

This buyers club is for all individuals having adequate access to Bluefield, WV/VA and Princeton, WV, enabling them to receive orders from the club founder and/or trustee that are deliverable in said locale(s).

Complete and send the above, along with a pasted copy of the CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (below), to Member CCC-0.

CLUB-MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT:

Upon becoming a member of CCC Buyers Club CCC-BC-0, I understand that:

1) all orders placed from CCC merchants must be placed via the CCC, whereby all rules of the standard CCC CUSTOMER AGREEMENT will be observed--except that club members will not be charged a late-pickup fee and will be given until 6:00 PM on the 14th consecutive day, beginning on the day after arrival of the orders at the CCC's pickup facility, to receive their orders or their orders will be classified as "Refused. Changed Mind." and returned to the merchant for a full refund for the customer.

2) regarding orders placed from non-CCC merchants, the club founder will enforce return/refund policies as dictated by the merchants involved to ensure compliance from the participating members, whereby they may accept or reject participation in the placing of those applicable orders.

3) all payments from club members for non-CCC merchant-orders must be managed by the club founder or the club's trustee, whereby he/she will receive said payments, store them, as well as relay them to the merchants when orders are ready to be placed.

4) the club founder and/or trustee will be responsible for notifying all members of order info as well as when individual orders are ready for pickup.

5) the CCC will offer the club the service of posting updates of the club's pre-orders and listings of *past order #s/dates on the club's CCC Web page--with the club itself being responsible for sending the CCC updated info to be posted on it. (*I further understand that it is highly recommended that the club founder/trustee store details regarding all orders so that, if members inquire about any past orders, the club can relay those details to them relative to order #.)

6) all matters concerning returns/refunds will be settle by the club an all parties involved.

7) the CCC will allow ratings/comments only for CCC parties; however, clubs may store, and relay to all their members, their own ratings for any non-CCC parties.

8) the club founder may terminate my club membership at any time he/she determines it is in the club's best interest or just in his/her best interest--but must settle any remaining responsibilities.

9) the club founder reserves the right to revise this AGREEMENT at any time he/she deems necessary but that I have a right to re-asses my club membership regarding such to determine if membership is still desirable at that point. I further understand that I may terminate my club membership at any time at no cost for termination--but that any remaining matters of responsibility I'm involved with still must be settled.
