1) Email-Notification Priority: Contributors would be first to receive notification of future product offerings so that they can organize their bidding schedule even before the actual auctions for them occur. Contributors would be notified in descending order in relation to their Surcharge amounts. Those on the highest level would be notified first and the lower levels at later and later dates.
