The 3rd stage will be the establishment of a warehousing/shipping-delivery network (we’ll call WSD network for short) to facilitate bulk purchases of larger size and less cost and to reduce shipping costs. The first WSDs will be established in the most densely populated locales and spread to lesser populated areas as opportunity permits. All WSDs would be operated by co-op branch owners.
