We’ll say at this current stage of development, 1/4 of the customers are Direct Ship. So, one-forth of the $18,200,000 retail value = $4,550,000 for 50,000 items.

 

Therefore, our 20 Warehouse Operators would earn $100,000 (50,000 X $2) combined, or $5,000 each for that week.

 

Regarding those Direct Ship customers, outside-carrier charges influence their winning bids and BUY prices to amount to a combined total of $3,412,500, or 75% of the $4,550,000 retail price.

 

But, since the GPF product cost for that one-quarter product stock is $2,500,000, the GPF gains $912,500 for that week.
