That’s where the money should come from to pay those battling it out on the collegiate fields and hard courts. The people—the fans—are the base, the ground floor of market force and democracy. It is they alone who have the greatest right to determine the economic worth of any entities they experience, admire, and enjoy. And it is they who should not be forbidden or deterred from rewarding those whom they feel deserve just fruits from labor provided.

It will be the mission of the Fan-sponsored College Athlete Payment Fund to put such power into their hands.

The FCAPF will be a 501(c)(3) empowered to accept donations directly from the masses willing to give to the cause of economic empowerment for college athletes and which will work in conjunction with the Pay College Athletes Association (PCAA) to further the economic rights of the athletes while receiving a percentage of the profits generated from PCAA endeavors.

It would then transfer all available funds to athletes in the manners most convenient regarding their requested methods.

The FCAPF would be managed by PCAA staff free of charge (both under the umbrella organization Ad Spread Collective—Adspread.com), ensuring that as much money flows to the athletes as possible without being diminished by management fees.

If you support the cause, please make your voice heard by joining the PCAA and also by completing the Survey Form.
