If you're a male or female, *age 18 to 25, easily recognizable as being of the Black race, possess a pageantry-level sexiness, are consider of higher-scale intelligence, and are substantially involved in the cause of Black-Advancement, you would be qualified to be considered as a candidate for MR. (males) or MS. (females) BLACK RISE. (*Note: Should The Ebon Run magazine actually materialize, the standard age range will be 21 to 29. The initial 18/25 age range is intended to allow for time for the magazine to launch so that all potential candidates have a good chance of meeting age requirements.)

Candidates would pay a small entry fee to submit their identification info (including SSN #, or National ID#, so that a thorough background check may be performed to ensure good character) as well as their bio descriptions along with a photo of themselves in swimming trunks (males) or a bikini (females).

Ebon Run staff would then select their 12 most preferred males and females (24 total). An election will then be held, whereby Black Ebon Run subscribers would vote to select the winners--with Black males electing MR. BLACK RISE, and females MS. BLACK RISE.

The winners would begin their reign on January 1st at 12:00 noon EST and end one year afterward at that same time. They each would receive a yearly stipend, expenses paid for any official events, free fashions for official events, and also a large sum of capital to further their enterprise or endeavors beneficial to our people.

Their expenses-paid duties would include: 1) Serving as a traveling spear header for Black Industrial Development. 2) Stimulating Black Unity by giving speeches regarding the critical need for Black Collective Action. 3) Serving as an ambassador for interracial cooperation between the Black Community and its non-Black allies. 4) Serving as an overall example of an evolved human model dedicated to Black advancement, ecological preservation, human rights, human unity, and evolved purpose.
