The Ebon Run magazine will begin printing when enough:

1) Partners have been recruited willing to provide the necessary funding to formally registered it as a legal entity, prepare/post its initial Web/App, *and subsidize the printing/distribution process (*should it be needed).

2) Staff are employed to manage routine operations.

3) Writers and have been acquired to fill the content.

4) Sponsors have been found to purchase all ad space available.

5) Subscribers/Buyers are acquired to purchase all copies planned for printing.

6) Distributors/Delivery-Personnel are found to get the copies into the hands of the people.

7) Printers give reasonable and practical quotes in any and all cities planned for printing.
