John wishes to sponsor a survey relevant to his USS-registered business entity: Boling’s Electronic Delights. He access the “Sponsor a Survey” option from his selector, types in his Survey Title, and clicks SAVE/UPDATE DRAFT to save the survey and have it ready to access later. He then completes the SURVEY DETAILS fields, with the last completed field automatically activating the CONTINUE button. John clicks it, and moves to FIG. 8A. |

Once the Respondent has completed SURVEY DETAILS, he/she is then instructed to complete his/her RESPONDENT QUALIFICATION, whereby he/she can complete just the Basic Requirements or also add additional fields/categories (DETAILED CATEGORICAL) applicable to his/her desired Respondent demographic. |

John can now opt to gauge his SURVEY-DETAILS along with RESPONDENT QUALIFICATION Basic-Requirements (as in FIGs. 8 & 8A) with or without DETAILED CATEGORICAL and/or can COMPOSE his survey. |

Now that all REQUIREMENTS are completed, John can now go about composing his survey using standard tools provided by USS or can upload a priorly composed one created via a different program. If using the latter, he would still have to have it evaluated and gauged by USS Survey-Approval Agents according to USS standards. Below, the standard-tools method is described. |

John is now ready to submit his survey to USS Survey Agents for evaluation, gauging and editing if necessary.

John monitors his survey-submission status. If/When approved, he can then pay the fee and post it, and then gauge Respondent quantity afterward until survey expiration. |
