Viewers could select to view banner ads or survey video commercials (limited to 1 minute or less) Survey Sponsors pay to include in their surveys—which Respondents must watch before gaining access to the survey. Viewers would select they types of banner ads they wish to see and could click any banner to transfer to the URL selected by the Ad Sponsor. 

All viewers could access survey video commercials, but, of course only Respondents could take the surveys associated with them. Respondents could choose to see all video commercials within their selected categories or only the ones for the surveys they are qualified for: “Survey-Qualified: Take Survey.” (And, of course, not qualified: “NOT SURVEY-QUALIFIED: Cannot Take Survey.”
