Recruits and Networkers will be able to leave ratings and feedback for CentList. Ratings will be in whole numbers from 0 to 100. Each member will be allowed only one Feedback posting but will be able to edit that singular posting perpetually. Users will also be able to view ratings from various locales.

Only CentList members will be able to apply for employment/positions. Nonmembers, and members not logged in, who click any of the application links will see the popup: “Only CentList members may apply. Log in if you are a member or join as a Recruit if allowed or as a Networker if not recruited.”)

Anyone will be able to search for CentList-offered opportunities via location. If local filters are applied, national names will appear first, in alphabetical order, along with any states/provs/terrs, in alphabetical order, featuring any available opportunities. If “All” is selected in all filters, “GLOBAL” listings will appear first, then listings for particular nations, states/provs/terrs, and cities.

FIG. 11A: Will appear as a scrollable popup form. When seeking employees, CentList will place special emphasis on assembling a diverse workforce composed of those most concerned with creating a better world and preserving Mother Earth.

An ultimate goal of CentList will be to establish a Warehousing/Shipping/Delivery (WSD) network for CentList Marketing, whereby truckers/shippers would pick up bulk products from supplier members selling them on the CentList site/app, warehouse and then ship them to locales of product demand, and then deliver them to paying customers. Pickup Centers will be found or established where customers could come pick up their goods at a savings, or those wanting home delivery could pay extra. The use of electric vehicles will be promoted for ecological and economic advantage. The economic goal of the CentList Marketing process would be to break even on costs and strive to lower shipping costs as much as possible for both the sellers and consumers--thereby making shopping on CentList cheaper and cheaper.

Future development would include Reception Centers, where members could bring in goods for consideration of CentList Marketing. These goods would include personal items as well as items for smaller-business CentList members.

The CentList Marketing process would be the only way CentList would grant Buyer Protection--because the actual items would be in CentList custody. Customers ordering directly from a CentList member would have to settle matters with the seller or consult their payment firm for any compensation desired.

Members possessing or having access to facilities/businesses with adequate storage space for products could complete the form above for consideration of serving as a CentList Pickup Center and thereby receiving commissions of each product stored.

Members possessing or having access to warehousing, shipping or delivery equipment/facilities could complete the form above for consideration of serving in those capacities.
