Recruits will be allowed to place ads: Banner, Video, Email.

FIG. 23: ADS

FIG. 23: On the ADS page, Recruits can view Ad Rates & Space Availability (FIG. 23A, for rates and when ads spaces are available) and info regarding placing ads--both in popups. They can then submit ads for acceptance/rejection by selecting the entity, selecting "Submit an Ad" ("*Select:"), and then selecting the Ad Type (Banner, Video, Email).

FIG. 23A: ADS--AD-RATES & SPACE-AVAILABILITY POPUP

FIG. 23B: ADS--SUBMIT AN ADD (BANNER)

After the Ad Type is selected, the applicable fields appear for completion. The Recruit (sponsor) completes the fields (including uploading the banner and indicating its target URL) and submits the form to CentList for acceptance/rejection.

FIG. 23C: AD SUBMISSIONS—PENDING (BANNER)

After an ad is submitted, it becomes a Pending Submission and can be edited or canceled by the sponsor before being accepted/rejected by CentList.

FIG. 23D: AD SUBMISSIONS--ACCEPTED (BANNER)

For ACCEPTED ad submissions, CentList will calculate the PRICE QUOTE TOTAL and relay it to the member’s CentList email and to the space (replacing “PENDING”) underneath PRICE QUOTE TOTAL. Once paid, the ACCEPTED submission transfers to PAID SUBMISSIONS with payment info entered (FIG. 23E).

FIG. 23E: When CentList schedules the ad, the “Scheduled to Run” dates and times will replace the zeroes, and the refund-expiration date/time will replace the zeroes, with the sponsor being immediately notified via his/her CentList email. And, of course, if the banner had been embedded instead of uploaded, it would be “Banner Embed Code” instead of “Banner Upload.” When the ad has elapsed, it will be automatically deleted from PAID page via programming. It could also be canceled by the Sponsor. “REQUEST REPLACEMENT” would summon a form the sponsor could use to request to replace the first banner with another banner. The refund-expiration date will be 504 hours (3 weeks) before running time—whereby any Sponsor choosing to run an ad with less than the 504 hours remaining would have to commit to a no-refund policy after his/her ad is scheduled, after which he/she could run a blank space, restore from the blank space, or, as said, request to replace the ad.

FIG. 23F: AD SUBMISSIONS (VIDEO)

Video (and Rotating Ad) submissions (plus PENDING, PAID, etc.) will work on the same principle as Banners. If CentList should possess the capability to host uploaded videos, the “Upload Video” function could be implemented. If not, that function could be deleted, and the “embed code” box could be used alone, embedded into the CentList site/app from YouTube or some other video-hosting entity.

FIG. 20G: AD SUBMISSIONS (ROTATING)

FIG. 20H: AD SUBMISSIONS (EMAIL)

CentList members will be able to opt in to (or opt out of) receiving email ads from other members and may select any categories of ads they wish to receive. Email-ad sponsors would then be able to pay to send emails to those members interested in those categories. CentList will accept/reject ad submissions based upon content as well as the compatibility of the email ad's subject matter in regard to the category or categories selected.

FIG. 23H1: AD SUBMISSIONS (EMAIL CATEGORIES)

FIG. 23H1: Email-ad pricing will be based on a per-opt-in (per-member) basis. To the right of each category is the quantity of opt-ins (members) who will receive the email ad. The Price Indicator—right of the selector—will automatically add up the total quantity of selected (check box) opt-ins and display the price relative to the current rate per opt-in (in this example, 1¢ each).

FIG. 23I: AD SUBMISSIONS (EMAIL CATEGORIES)

After the submission is sent, until CentList responds, the sponsor may update or cancel the submission. If the submission remains active, CentList would ensure the ad's content is acceptable and that its selected categories are compatible with its subject matter (preventing SPAMMING).

FIG. 20J: AD SUBMISSIONS (EMAIL ACCEPTED)

FIG. 20J: If the content is acceptable, all compatible categories would be allowed and all incompatible ones rejected, whereby the updated categories and pricing would be entered into the PRICE QUOTE TOTAL (above), with the sponsor being thereby notified. Once paid, the ad transfers to the "Paid Submissions" page (FIG. 23K).

FIG. 20J1: AD SUBMISSIONS (ACCEPTED/REJECTED EMAIL CATEGORIES)

FIG. 20J: Clicking the "View" in "SELECTED/ACCEPTED CATEGORIES" of FIG. J summons the above popup, where the sponsor can see which categories he/she selected were accepted/rejected. In the example above, if the sponsor had selected "Outdoors & Recreational," CentList would determine that as incompatible with the email ad's subject matter.

FIG. 23K: AD SUBMISSIONS (EMAIL PAID—SCHEDULING)

FIG. 23K: On the "Paid Submissions" page, sponsors will have access to all paid email ads, listed in order of earliest to latest, whereby they will have up to 30 days from the pay date of an ad to run that ad. They could also SEND NOW or CANCEL EMAIL and receive a refund—of course, with a warning popup requiring CONFIRMATION before either occurs. If an ad isn’t ran within the 30 days, it will be automatically canceled by programming, and CentList will be notified via email to issue a refund. Checking the box next to “Schedule month/day & time:” activates that schedule. The Sponsor can see his/her "Email Message" in a popup by clicking “View.” Clicking “View” in SELECTED/ACCEPTED CATEGORIES leads to FIG. 20J1.
